I'm not doing much art wise while I finish putting stock onto my website but here is a journal page I finished last night.

I love the purples and the writing and I want to be able to do this! I can't get the writing thing to work for me. The doodles along the side really make this come together, too....You have captured a wonderfully evocative mood of movement and intimacy and transformation. Thanks for sharing!
I love this piece, Karen. I love the clock faces you use and the bits of window, etc. (see my comment on Flickr!). And the colours! Absolutely gorgeous, everything about it. The more of your work that I see, the more I want some hanging in my home. One day...
Thanks so much for your comment on my blog yesterday - I was in the school choir until I left, too, but that was 30 years ago next year! (How the heck did that happen?!) So I'm well out of practice, but got away with it somehow! ;) I've been amazed at the response to that post. Between us all, we'll soon have a blog choir going! :D
his is a wonderful journal page - I have tried and tried to create the long paths of varied doodles only to have them look like I was trying and trying....but not succeeding!!!
On to a different subject....the below word verification - do you ever have that feeling that if you make a mistake when you type in the letters that you'll get into some sort of trouble? I hope so, because I always do and if no one else does, then I truly am weird! Either that - or I think I am going to get in trouble with sort of a teacher-type (like not getting a word right in a spelling bee) so I always type these in so carefully..lol Trudi (TwoDresses)
